Come and sing the Rachmaninov Vespers with the Trinity Singers. The day will be led by Choral conductors Peter Leech and Jeremy Martin. 

Venue Churchill Community School, Churchill, BS25 5QN

The workshop and concert will take place in the main School Hall.  There is sufficient free parking on site, please follow signs to Churchill Sports Centre and follow the directions through the school grounds.

The hall will be open from 11.30 for registration.

It is advisable to bring a packed lunch with you if you arrive early. And something for the 5.30-6.15 interval. There are no shops within walking distance from the school to purchase food. The Crown and Nelson Pubs are within ½ a mile of the school. As it is Sunday they may be busy.

Tea coffee and soft drinks and cake will be available to purchase on the day.

11.30 12.45 Registration

1.00 5.30 workshop starts including refreshment break.

5.30-6.15 Tea Break

6.30 7.30 Informal concert.

Dress for the concert will be informal

Tickets for the concert are available to purchase in advance or on the day for the evening concert. £5.00 adult. Senior Citizen £2.00 Under 18 £1.00

Music will be provided for loan on the day, included in the cost of the workshop.

If you have your own copy or are intending to purchase one, recommended is Musica Rustica edition isbn 0-9629460-6-0 If you wish to listen to a CD - Tenabrae, Nigel Short on the Signum label and the Estonian Philharmonic choir, Paul Hillier on the Harmonia Mundi Label.

Please ensure that you return your music at the end of the day or a charge will be made.
