This Film Evening is part of the conference 'Selma Lagerlöf 2011: Text, Translation, Film', and includes a screening of Victor Sjöström's 'The Phantom Carriage' (1920), based on Lagerlöf's 'Körkarlen' and an iconic work of early cinema, plus a talk on the film and a buffet.
