You will be restricted from use of www.oxboffice.com and all other services should you deploy, or facilitate the deployment, of any programme, system, method or device for any purpose that places an unreasonable or excessive demand on the website, its hardware and connections or prohibits or delays access to the website by others. Downloading or copying content displayed on the website is not permitted without written permission of Oxboffice Ltd. You agree not to deep-link to www.oxboffice.com for any purpose unless specifically authorised in writing by Oxboffice Ltd. to do so. You agree you will use the website only for lawful purposes and accept that, if Oxboffice Ltd. considers that you have breached these terms and conditions, your use of Oxboffice may be restricted or removed at the sole discretion of Oxboffice Ltd.

No fee is charged to access or view www.oxboffice.com. Fees are charged to promoters subject to the amount of ticket income received in respect of each registered event. Ticket income received in respect of each registered event will be held in a dedicated “client money” bank account. Any fees charged to customers for handling and/or postage will be disclosed during the purchase process. Ticket purchase transactions may be cancelled at any time prior to completion.

Oxboffice Ltd. is the property owner of www.oxboffice.com its content, material and information, including without limitation, the “look and feel” of the website. All design, text, software, images, trade names, logos and other information presented on the website is protected under copyright law and is owned by Oxboffice Ltd. or is used under license from the owner of the respective intellectual property rights. The entire contents of the website are copyrighted as a collective work/compilation. You may not publish, convey, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works or exploit in any way any of the content in whole or in part.

A portion of the content of www.oxboffice.com is supplied by third parties. Promoters accept full responsibility for the accuracy of content provided by them. Oxboffice Ltd. accepts no liability arising from the inaccuracy of any website content provided by third parties. Oxboffice Ltd. has no control over the content of third-party websites or opinions, statements, services or other information expressed within those websites.

You agree that use of www.oxboffice.com and all other Oxboffice Ltd. services is at your own risk. You will be responsible for protecting the confidentiality of your password (if any). Neither Oxboffice Ltd. nor any of its employees, shareholders or third party content providers warrant that your use of the website will be uninterrupted or error free. You acknowledge that Oxboffice Ltd. is not liable for the defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of other users or third parties.

Oxboffice Ltd. will not be liable for any third-party claims or losses of any nature. Oxboffice Ltd. may, without notice, cancel any transactions and restrict or deny your access to its services including, but not limited to www.oxboffice.com. Oxboffice Ltd. may, without notice, remove any unauthorised user content if it believes violates these terms and conditions or the law.

You agree that any dispute arising from these terms and conditions, www.oxboffice.com or use of any Oxboffice Ltd. services shall be governed and construed by the law of England and Wales and litigation shall be brought before a court in England and Wales. Electronic communication from us satisfies any legal requirement that a communication be in writing.

You agree to indemnify Oxboffice Ltd., its directors, employees and shareholders risk-free from loss, liability, claim or demand including reasonable attorney’s fees made by any third-party arising from your use of www.oxboffice.com or any Oxboffice Ltd. services.

All notices regarding any matter pertaining to these terms and conditions, including notice of a claim or summons, must be sent by recorded delivery to Oxboffice Ltd., Barclays Bank Chambers, Bridge Street, Stratford upon Avon, Warwickshire, CV37 6AH.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck and the remaining provisions will be enforced. Failure of Oxboffice Ltd. to enforce any breach of these terms and conditions by you or others does not mean that the right to enforce these terms and conditions in the future for a similar breach has been waived.

Oxboffice will provide event promoters with a facility to register their events for sale. This will include, but is not limited to, event information, number of tickets for sale, ticket pricing, and open/close date/time.

It is the responsibility of the promoter to ensure all information is correct. Oxboffice accepts no responsibility for information supplied by event promoters.

Before Oxboffice can begin to sell tickets to a registered event, promoters must provide contact information and bank details, plus explicit agreement to the Terms and Conditions.

All ticket income is held in a “client money” account. One week following the end of each registered event, Oxboffice will deduct its fees. Money owed to the registered promoter will be paid by BACS transfer into the registered bank account of the promoter. Transfers will be triggered on the closest date, after the event plus 1 week, of either the 8th or 22nd of the month or the nearest business day prior to that date. Receipt of payment is subject to bank clearing times. A remittance advice statement will be sent to the registered email address of the promoter.

See full Refund Procedure. Should Oxboffice determine that refunds are to be made to customers, service fees (10%) may still be applicable as will fulfilment charges such as handling and postage.

Oxboffice will provide registered promoters with reports which will enable them to:
i: keep updated with latest sales by event and
ii: accept e-tickets for admittance to an event and
iii: reconcile the number of tickets sold by Oxboffice and income received and
iv: have access to marketing data for their customers who have given concent


Oxboffice accepts all major credit and debit cards. Oxboffice cannot process cheques, cash, postal orders or traveller’s cheques.

Registered event promoters determine the price of tickets and the number made available for Oxboffice to sell. Any errors or inconsistency of information is the sole responsibility of the event promoter. All ticket prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes but exclusive of any delivery charges.

Oxboffice charges £1.00 per transaction for paper tickets to be posted. There are no booking fees.

Customers can buy tickets from www.oxboffice.com or the Ticket Hotline 0845 680 1926. Promoters may link directly from their website through to their event(s) on the Oxboffice website.

From the search results, customers must select which event for which they wish to buy tickets. Customers should select tickets and delivery method (if available). If tickets are not available, customers will be notified immediately. It is possible that there may be other ticket outlets, a list of which customers should request directly from the event promoter.

Customers will be required to fill in contact details information as required in order for tickets to be processed. See Privacy Policy for details on how we use this information.

Payment information must be entered followed by confirmation of agreement to the Privacy Policy.

A summary page shows all information which has been entered and provides an opportunity for changes to be made.

Once the order has been submitted an order confirmation page will be displayed. Customers who have provided an email address will be sent an e-confirmation containing details of the order and a unique reference number which acts as proof of purchase and may be used by the event promoter for admission. Customers who place orders by phone will be given a verbal e-confirmation reference number.

Should a promoter decline to accept e-tickets for admission to their event, then paper tickets will be sent to customers. A charge is applicable. Oxboffice will close automatically 3 days prior to the event start date to allow for ticket delivery.

Event admission (or refusal) is at the sole discretion of the promoter.

Please see Refund Procedure. Event promoters may have their own refund and exchange policies which customers are advised to check directly. Oxboffice accepts no responsibility for the policies of promoters.

Promoters determine the availability of tickets. Oxboffice Ltd. will only sell tickets deemed by the promoter to be available for sale. Promoters accept full responsibility for the issue of tickets which were deemed by Oxboffice Ltd. to be available at the point of sale. Oxboffice Ltd. operates www.oxboffice.com for the sale of tickets online. Oxboffice Ltd. also operates a ticket hotline during the following periods: 09:00-17:00 Monday – Friday and 10:00-13:00 Saturday. The Oxboffice hotline is closed on UK public holidays. Oxboffice promises to return any messages left on the Oxboffice ticket hotline within 24 hours.

Resale of tickets purchased through Oxboffice Ltd. is strictly prohibited. Oxboffice Ltd. assumes no liability arising from the resale or the attempted resale of tickets purchased through www.oxboffice.com. If Oxboffice Ltd. reasonably believes ticket resale has taken place without express written consent from the relevant promoter(s), the relevant promoter(s) will be notified.

It is the responsibility of promoters to notify tickets holders of an event cancellation. Oxboffice Ltd. accepts no liability arising from the failure of promoters to notify ticket holders of event cancellation. Oxboffice Ltd. will accept complaints from ticket holders only on the provision of it being made in writing. Please contact us within 5 working days from the date of the event. Promoters undertake to notify Oxboffice Ltd. of event cancellation. Oxboffice Ltd. takes complaints seriously and will investigate reasonable complaints arising from, but not limited to, event cancellation. Oxboffice Ltd. reserves the right to refer any complainant to the promoter without further action.

Oxboffice Ltd. takes complaints seriously. If it is believed that Oxboffice Ltd. has made a mistake with any aspect of any transaction, then please contact us to notify us of your complaint. Oxboffice will investigate all reasonable complaints and communicate the outcome of the investigation to the complainant. Any dispute arising from the outcome of any investigation shall be governed and construed by the law of England and Wales and any litigation shall be brought before a court in England and Wales. If a complaint is made Oxboffice Ltd. reasonably believes to be the responsibility of the event promoter, Oxboffice Ltd. reserves the right to refer any complainant to the registered event promoter without further action.


Oxboffice Ltd. will only issue refunds for cancelled events. Refunds are issued by Oxboffice Ltd. only following the written request from the registered promoter. If an event is cancelled without notification to Oxboffice Ltd. by the registered promoter of that event, Oxboffice Ltd. reserves the right to withhold ticket income pending an investigation.

All other refunds are subject to the discretion of the promoter.

Ticket holders wishing to request a refund to an event which did not take place must notify Oxboffice Ltd. within 5 working days of the event date. Please contact us. Oxboffice Ltd. may reasonably suspect that the event did not take place. If Oxboffice Ltd. reasonably suspects that an event has not taken place and a refund is owed to ticket holders, only the price that was paid for the ticket(s) will be refunded. Service fees, processing fees and other fees, such as delivery fees are not refundable. Oxboffice Ltd. reserves the right to withhold any refunds if it reasonably suspects that any terms and conditions have been violated.
