How do I start?
Simply contact us and let us know your name, address, phone number and email address and we will set you up with an account.
Once your account has been set up you will be one of our registered promoters.
Once you have registered with us:
- Notify us of your event(s) and details such as date, time, ticket prices etc...
- We add your event to oxboffice.com and send you details of how you can link straight through to exactly the right page on our website from yours. This lets you add 'buy tickets now' links from your site.
- Your customers will buy tickets online from our site or they can phone our ticket hotline and buy over the phone. Either way we will send them their tickets in the post or if you prefer simply issue them with a confirmation number which they present to you along with the card they used to make the booking.
When do I get my money from ticket sales?
We will send you your ticket income on the closest date, after the event plus 1 week, of either the 8th or 22nd of the month or the nearest business day prior to that date.
How much does it cost?
There are no up-front costs. We charge you the promoter, a small percentage of the value of each transaction. Our business focus is not on delivering down to a price but offering great service at great value. For more information on our prices please contact us.
If your customer wants to purchase tickets by phone and/or have paper tickets posted to them, we do charge. These are kept to a minimum in an effort to remain competitive and are far lower than many of the fees you will see being charged elsewhere.
How do I know you are a legitimate service?
Oxboffice is a Limited Company (number 6133210) and we have a dedicated Client Money Deposit Account – proof of which we will happily provide upon request. We also have an internet merchant account with a recognised leading provider. The financial institutions providing us with these services are regulated by the FSA and are required to 'know their customer' under regulatory due diligence requirements.
How secure is your service?
All of our transactions are performed over an encrypted secure connection using an SSL certificate. Our site is also certified Hacker Safe by leading internet security specialists McAfee and our site is hosted on similarly certified servers.

In coming months this will include powerful reports to help you analyse your audience data, real time creation of new events and a promoter portal which will let you manage all of your events yourself.
